Required Qualifications A degree in any field (Regular or Distance mode) from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by a Government Regulatory Authority. Minimum Work Experience: Not required.
Age Criteria (as of 01-08-2025) Lower Age Limit: 20 Years  Upper Age Limit: 35 Years  Age relaxation will be provided as per government norms
Pay Scale The Bank will provide a fixed monthly payment of ₹30,000/- to the GDSs appointed as Executives in IPPB.  This amount includes all applicable statutory deductions and contributions.   Taxes will be deducted as per the prevailing provisions of the Income Tax Act.   There will be a yearly increase in the fixed pay, along with incentives based on performance in sales or business acquisition, as determined by the Competent Authority.   No other salary components such as allowances, bonuses, etc., will be provided apart from what is stated above.
Registration Fee  A non-refundable application fee of ₹750/- is applicable.  Applicants must confirm their eligibility before making the payment or submitting the online form.  Once the application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and the fee paid will not be refunded under any condition or adjusted against any future recruitment process.

Recruitment Procedure 1. Merit List will be prepared for each bank branch separately. Selection will be based on graduation marks percentage. However, the Bank may also hold an online exam if needed.  2. If two candidates have the same graduation percentage, the one with more seniority in the Department of Posts (DoP) will be preferred.   3. If both have the same seniority, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be chosen.   4. Candidates must enter the exact graduation marks percentage up to two decimal places.   5. The percentage will be calculated by dividing the total marks obtained in all subjects and semesters/years by the total maximum marks, regardless of optional or additional subjects.   6. This rule applies even if the university calculates grades based only on honors subjects. No rounding off of percentages is allowed.   7. If a grade system like GPA/CGPA/CQPI is used, candidates must convert it to the exact equivalent percentage using the university’s formula.   8. If there is any mismatch in the percentage entered in the form, the application will be rejected.  9. Just meeting the eligibility conditions does not guarantee a place in the final list.  10. The results for all stages and the final selection list will be published on the official website.
