Job Profile
- Manage, review, and analyze all MIS
related to the area (HOs, SOs, BOs, IBCs within the assigned region), and
work closely to improve process efficiency and consistency.
- Regularly visit HOs, SOs, BOs &
IBCs to promote and boost IPPB business by organizing Business Camps, FLC
camps, melas, etc.
- Help last-mile end users by
resolving their questions about business, operations, device usage, and
report issues from agents to the Systems Integrator (SI) for technical
problems and get them fixed.
- Support end users during onboarding
by distributing devices, SIM cards, inventory, training materials, and
collecting their information.

Salary
- An officer or employee appointed on deputation/foreign service can
choose to receive either the salary of the deputation/foreign service
position or their basic pay from their original cadre plus deputation
allowance, along with any personal pay if applicable.

Process of Selection
- The merit list will be prepared for each banking outlet. Selection
will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in graduation. However, the
Bank may conduct an Assessment, Online Test, Group Discussion, or Interview
if needed.
- If two candidates have the same graduation percentage, the one with
the earlier date of birth will be selected.
- Candidates must enter the exact graduation percentage up to two
decimal places.
- The percentage is calculated by dividing the total marks obtained in
all subjects across all semesters/years by the total maximum marks in all
subjects, regardless of honors, optional, or additional subjects.
- This rule also applies to universities where class or grade is based
only on honors marks. Rounding off the percentage will not be accepted under
any circumstances.

they meet the eligibility criteria before applying, otherwise their
