Business Correspondent Coordinator

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a graduate with basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet); preference given to candidates with M.Sc. IT, BE IT, MCA, or MBA. 
  • Age should be between 21 and 45 years at the time of joining. 
  • Should be a resident of the same or nearby district. 
  • Must know the local language (able to read and write). 
  • Should be ready to travel to villages in the district for supervision duties. 
  • Must stay near the nodal branch, not outside the district. 
  • Should not have any negative background or record of dismissal from previous jobs. 
  • Police verification will be required. 
  • Young applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in rural banking. 
  • Retired bank staff (up to Chief Manager level) or ex-clerks of Bank of Baroda with JAIIB and a good service record can also apply.

 

Age Criteria (as of 31.12.2025)

  • Minimum age should be 21 years. 
  • Upper age limit is 45 years at the time of joining. 
  • The maximum age allowed to continue in the role is 65 years.

 

Salary/Stipend

  • Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 per month 
  • Performance-Based Pay: Additional amount based on work results 
  • Travel Allowance: ₹4,000 per month
