Eligibility Requirements

• Senior Manager (F&A): Must have passed CA/ICWA (CMA) Final and have at least 7 years of relevant experience after qualification in Finance, Accounts, or Audit (as per specific criteria).

• Manager (F&A): Must have passed CA/ICWA (CMA) Final with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience after qualification in Finance, Accounts, or Audit. (For current MSEDCL staff, B.Com with MBA in Finance or M.Com is also acceptable).

• Deputy Manager (F&A): Should hold CA/ICWA (CMA) or M.Com, OR B.Com with MBA (Finance), along with at least 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, or Audit.

• All degrees/diplomas must be from Government of India recognized institutions.

• Only experience gained after acquiring the required qualification will be considered.

Pay/Remuneration

• Senior Manager (F&A): ₹97,220–3,745–₹1,15,945–4,250–₹2,09,445 

• Manager (F&A): ₹75,890–2,995–₹90,865–3,250–₹1,68,865 

• Deputy Manager (F&A): ₹54,505–2,580–₹67,405–2,715–₹1,37,995 

• Extra allowances: Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Medical Facility, Leave Encashment, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc. as per company policy.

Maximum Age (as of 27/06/2025)

Senior Manager (F&A) & Manager (F&A): Upper age limit is 40 years 

Deputy Manager (F&A): Upper age limit is 35 years 

Age Relaxation: 

• Backward Class (for reserved roles): 5 years 

• Persons with Disabilities: up to 45 years 

• Departmental applicants: up to 57 years 

• Meritorious Sportspersons and Orphans: up to 5 years (Sports quota limit: 43 years)
