Requirements for Eligibility.
Qualifications:  A Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university or institution approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. Essential Qualifications: The apprentice must be proficient in the local language (reading, writing, and speaking) of the State/UT. The apprentice should provide a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate that confirms one of the languages as the local language (as listed for each State/UT in the Annexure). Desirable: Not applicable. Experience: Candidates with training or work experience of one year or more after completing their educational qualifications are not eligible to be engaged as apprentices.
Compensation/Allowance.
Apprentices are entitled to a stipend of ₹12,300 per month for a one-year engagement period. They are not eligible for any additional allowances or benefits.
Age Requirement (as of November 30, 2025).
Minimum Age: 20 years Maximum Age: 28 years
Application Charge.
For UR/EWS/OBC candidates: ₹150 + GST For SC/ST candidates: ₹100 + GST For PwBD candidates: Exempt from fees.

Recruitment Procedure.
The provisionally selected candidates will undergo training in their respective states based on the Bank's requirements.
Application Procedure.
Candidates should scan their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwriting declaration, ensuring that both the photograph and signature, along with the left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, meet the required specifications outlined in the guidelines. Candidates must have an Aadhaar Card. During registration, they must provide their 12-digit Aadhaar Card number. Candidates without an Aadhaar number who have enrolled for it but have not yet received their Aadhaar Card can enter the 28-digit Aadhaar Enrollment ID printed on the Aadhaar Enrollment slip. For the left thumb impression: if a candidate does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb. If both thumbs are missing, they should provide an impression of one finger from the left hand, starting with the forefinger. If there are no fingers on the left hand, they should use a finger from the right hand, starting with the forefinger. If no fingers are available, an impression of the left toe may be used. In cases where a left thumb impression is not uploaded, the candidate should specify in the uploaded document which finger was used along with whether it is from the left or right hand or from a toe. The handwritten declaration (provided text below) must be in the candidate’s own handwriting and in English only. If it is written by anyone else or in a different language, the application will be deemed invalid. Candidates who cannot write may have the declaration typed, then place their left thumb impression (if they are unable to sign) below the typed declaration and upload the document according to the specifications.
