Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in the relevant Broad Speciality or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the MCI/NMC from time to time. Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience after completing PG as a Senior Resident or Tutor in the concerned subject. For DNB candidates, the required experience is 1 year in institutions with 500 or more beds and 2 years in institutions with fewer than 500 beds. Candidates who were appointed as Assistant Professor before 08.06.2017 are exempted from this experience requirement.
Salary / Stipend
The pay will be as per Academic Level-12 under the ORSP (MCT) Rules, 2019, along with applicable dearness allowance and other benefits approved by the Government of Odisha from time to time.

Minimum Age: 21 years Maximum Age: 45 years Age Relaxation: 5 years for SEBC, SC, ST, Women, and Ex-Servicemen 10 years for PwD candidates with 40% or more disability Up to 15 years for PwD candidates belonging to reserved categories 5 years for in-service doctors working on ad-hoc or contractual basis

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through a written examination conducted in accordance with the Odisha Medical Education Service (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021.
General Information / Instructions
This notice is a corrigendum to Advertisement No. 03 of 2025–26. The requisitions for Radiotherapy (MKCG) – 1 post and Radiation Oncology – 1 post have been withdrawn, and applications for these posts stand cancelled. Online applications are accepted only from PwD candidates who were eligible in terms of age and educational qualification as per the original advertisement as on 26.06.2025. PwD candidates who have already applied earlier do not need to submit a fresh application. A total of 12 posts are reserved for PwD candidates with 40% or more permanent disability. PwD candidates will be adjusted against their respective categories. The number of vacancies for UR, SEBC, SC, ST, and Women categories remains the same. All other terms and conditions mentioned in Advertisement No. 03 of 2025–26 will continue to apply without any change.
