Candidates who meet the age limit and have the required qualification and experience, and are willing to work in the above projects, can apply by filling out the application form in the prescribed format only. The completed form must be sent by email before the last date and time mentioned above. There is no need to send a hard copy of the application or documents at this stage.
While sending the email, candidates must write “Application for the post of Project Technical Support-II or Project Technical Support-III” or “Project Research Scientist-I (Medical)” or “Project Research Scientist-III (Medical)” in the subject line.
The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the official website of All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhubaneswar on 23/02/2026 by 5:00 PM. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview or personal discussion through Walk-In or Video Conferencing mode.
Applications received after the deadline, incomplete forms, or forms not submitted in the given format will be rejected.
All posts are purely temporary and on a contract basis.
The salary/stipend mentioned in this advertisement is as per approved guidelines and sanction.

The initial contract period will be as specified. Extension or continuation will depend on project requirements, performance review, and approval of the competent authority on a case-by-case basis.
At the time of joining, selected candidates must produce original documents for verification, including:

SC/ST/OBC/Disability certificate (if applicable)
Candidates who fail to bring original documents at the time of joining, or if any mismatch is found, will not be allowed to join. The post will then be offered to candidates on the waiting list.
The contract may be ended by either side with one month’s notice. The contract may also be terminated immediately by paying one month’s contract amount. However, the candidate cannot pay one month’s salary in place of serving the notice period and must complete the full notice period.
Leave will be granted as per the funding agency/institutional policy for contract staff of AIIMS, BBSR.
AIIMS, BBSR has the right to cancel or change the recruitment process at any stage, at its discretion. The institute also has the right to accept or reject any application. The decision of the Director, AIIMS, BBSR will be final and binding.
