Eligibility Requirements
- For ITI:
Must have passed 10th (regular, full-time) and completed ITI
under CTS in the relevant trade from an institute located in Odisha.
- For Graduate/Diploma:
Should hold a full-time Degree or Diploma (passed out between
2021–2025) in the relevant engineering field from a recognized
board/university in Odisha.
- Candidates must
not have already completed or be undergoing an apprenticeship for the same qualification
elsewhere.
- Applicants with
more than one year of work experience are not eligible.

Stipend/Monthly Pay
- Trade (ITI)
Apprentices: Monthly stipend will be given as per the Apprenticeship
Amendment Rules-2025.
- Graduate
& Diploma Apprentices: Stipend will be paid according to the
same rules, with 50% contributed by the company and 50% by the
Government through DBT.
- Working lunch
will be offered on working days as a goodwill gesture.
- Hostel facility
will be provided if available.

Upper Age Limit (as of 15-12-2025)
- Maximum age for ITI
candidates: 23 years (for General category)
- Age relaxation: 5
years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwBD
- For Graduate/Diploma

Mode of Selection

be done based on academic scores: 70% weightage for 10th marks
and 30% for ITI marks (for ITI apprentices). For

will be applied as per the Apprentices Act and Government rules.
- Shortlisted
candidates will be informed via email for document verification and
joining.
- Any attempt to
influence the selection process will lead to disqualification.

- Register on
the NAPS portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) for ITI
candidates or on the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in) for Graduate/Diploma
candidates.
- Make sure the
details in your profile (like name, date of birth, gender) match those on
your Aadhaar and 10th certificate.
- Download and
complete the application form provided in the official notification.
- Attach
self-attested copies of necessary documents (10th certificate,
ITI/Diploma/Degree mark sheets, caste certificate, Aadhaar,
etc.).
- Send the
filled form by post or submit it in person to:

- Clearly write
“NAPS APPLICATION” or “NATS APPLICATION” on the envelope.
- The
application should reach the address on or before 15-12-2025.

Guidelines
- Information in
online portals should exactly match official documents.
- No travel
allowance or daily allowance will be given for the selection process.
- Completing the
apprenticeship does not ensure a job.
- If using GPA/CGPA,
include the university's conversion formula.
- All communication

verification is required for final selection.
