Eligibility Requirements

Assistant Secretary:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution. 

Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Academics):

• Should have a Postgraduate Degree in any subject with at least 55% marks (or equal grade) from a recognized University or Institute. Relaxation applies as per category rules. 

Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Training):

• Must hold a Postgraduate Degree in any discipline with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized University/Institute, with applicable relaxations for certain categories. 

Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Skill Education):

•  Requires a Postgraduate Degree in any stream with 55% marks (or equal grade) from a recognized University or Institute. Concessions apply as per category. 

Accounts Officer: 

•   A Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/Institute with subjects like Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Finance, Business Studies, or Cost Accounting.  OR 

•   A Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/Institute along with passing the SAS/JAO(C) exam held by any Central/State Government Accounts or Audit Department.  OR

• A Postgraduate degree in the above subjects from a recognized University/Institute.  OR 

•   An MBA in Finance, or qualification as a Chartered Accountant or ICWA.

• Superintendent: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent. 

Junior Translation Officer: 

•   Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a required or optional subject, or used as the exam medium at the graduation level.  OR 

•   Master’s Degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a required or optional subject, or used as the exam medium at the graduation level. 

Junior Accountant: 

•   Passed 12th class from a recognized Board/University/Institute with at least one subject from: Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Business Administration, Taxation, or Cost Accounting. 

•   Must also have a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer. 

Junior Assistant:

• Should have passed 12th Class or have an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

Age Criteria (as of 22-12-2025)

• Assistant Secretary, Accounts Officer: Upper age limit is 35 years 

• Assistant Professor & Assistant Director, Superintendent, Junior Translation Officer: Upper age limit is 30 years 

• Junior Accountant, Junior Assistant: Maximum age is 27 years 

• Relaxation in age will be given as per Government of India norms (for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen, etc.)

Registration Fee

Category-wise Fee (As per Previous Norms):

For SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women Candidates 

• Group A Posts: ₹250 

• Group B Posts: ₹250 

• Group C Posts: ₹250 

For Unreserved/OBC/EWS Candidates 

• Group A Posts: ₹1750 

• Group B Posts: ₹1050 

• Group C Posts: ₹1050 

For Regular Employees of the Board  

• No Fee
