Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a Government-recognized University or
Institution.
- Preferred qualifications: MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing, or certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, or CFA.
- Only Indian nationals can apply.
- Applicants with negative background reports involving character, integrity, or conduct are ineligible.
- Those providing incorrect details or hiding facts will be rejected.
- Experience in teaching or training will not be considered for eligibility.
Age Criteria (as of 01-05-2025)
- VP Wealth (SRM): Age should be between 26 to 42 years
- AVP Wealth (RM): Age must be between 23 to 35 years

Salary / Stipend
- VP Wealth (SRM): Maximum CTC is ₹44.70 Lakhs (Includes Fixed Pay ₹30 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + 45% PLP on Fixed Pay + 0–25% Increment)
- AVP Wealth (RM): Highest CTC is ₹30.20 Lakhs (Includes Fixed Salary ₹20 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + 45% PLP on Fixed Pay + 0–25% Increment)
- Customer Relationship Executive: CTC can go up to ₹6.20 Lakhs (Fixed Salary ₹4 Lakhs + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakhs + 35% PLP on Fixed + 0–25% Increment)
- Contract Duration: 5 years, extendable for an additional 4 years
