Eligibility Conditions
A Graduation degree from a Government-recognized University or Institution is required.  Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing, or those holding certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, or CFA.  Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.  Applicants with negative background reports concerning character, integrity, or conduct are not eligible.  Any candidate found giving false details or hiding relevant information will be disqualified.  Experience in teaching or training roles will not be considered for meeting eligibility requirements.
Age Criteria (as of 01-05-2025)
VP Wealth (SRM): Minimum age 26 years, maximum age 42 years  AVP Wealth (RM): Minimum age 23 years, maximum age 35 years  Customer Relationship Executive: Minimum age 20 years, maximum age 35 years  Age relaxation will be given as per Government of India rules for reserved categories
Payment / Salary Details
VP Wealth (SRM): Total Cost to Company (CTC) up to ₹44.70 Lakhs (Fixed pay ₹30 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + Performance Linked Pay (PLP) 45% of fixed + Annual increment 0-25%) AVP Wealth (RM): Total CTC up to ₹30.20 Lakhs (Fixed pay ₹20 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of fixed + Annual increment 0-25%) Customer Relationship Executive: Total CTC up to ₹6.20 Lakhs (Fixed pay ₹4 Lakhs + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakhs + PLP 35% of fixed + Annual increment 0-25%) Contract Duration: 5 years (can be renewed for an additional 4 years)
