1. Credit
Analyst
- Educational
Qualification: CA/CMA OR MBA (Finance) with at least 50% marks
from a recognized university OR Graduation with minimum 50% marks from
a recognized university.
- Required
Certification: Any of the following – CAIIB, Diploma in Retail Banking, MSME
Certificate Course, Certified Credit Professional.
- Work Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a credit analyst in a Bank, NBFC, or Rating
Agency.
2. Technical
Manager / Regional Technical Manager
- Educational
Qualification: B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil) / B.E. (Civil) from a
recognized university with minimum 50% marks.
- Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a credit technical manager in
a Bank or NBFC.
3. Lead
Analyst – Risk Control Unit
- Educational
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Forensic Sciences with minimum 50%
marks OR Graduation with at least 50% marks from a recognized
university.
- Required
Certification: Any of the following – CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CFPS,
or ICA certificate in crime prevention.
- Work Experience:
Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a Risk Control
Unit (RCU) in a Bank or NBFC.
