BOB IT Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Details
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication from a recognized university. Having certifications in Java, MERN, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Oracle, Cisco, or Red Hat will be an added advantage.   Experience Required: Officer: At least 1 year of work experience in the IT field. Manager: At least 3 years of experience in the IT domain. Senior Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Selection Process:   Application Screening: Applications will be checked to shortlist eligible candidates. Online Examination: The test will have 150 questions for a total of 225 marks, and the duration will be 150 minutes. Reasoning: 25 marks English Language: 25 marks Quantitative Aptitude: 25 marks Professional Knowledge: 150 marks Psychometric Test: This may be conducted if required. Personal Interview: Candidates must score at least 60% (General category) or 55% (Reserved category). Document Verification: Original documents will be checked. Note: There is no negative marking. The minimum qualifying marks are 40% for General candidates and 35% for Reserved candidates.
