Required Qualifications

For Customer Service Associate (CSA) 

  • Educational Qualification: The applicant must have completed Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks in any recognized stream from a recognized university/institute, as accepted by the Bank. 
  • Preferred: Good computer skills and ability to communicate in both Hindi and English will be an advantage. 
  • Work Experience: Not required.

For Probationary Officers in Grade/Scale-I 

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a university recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government. 
  • Work Experience: Not required.

For Risk Officer in Grade/Scale-I 

  • Required Qualification: A full-time/regular MBA (Finance) or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or an institute approved by AICTE. 
  • Preferred: Candidates holding certifications such as ‘Risk in Financial Services’ from IIBF, ‘Integrated Risk Management’ from NIBM, GARP-FRM (Level I or II), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will be given preference.

Basic Information/Guidelines

Security Bond 

  • After selection, candidates must sign a Security Bond before joining the Bank as Officer or Clerk. 
  • Customer Service Associate (CSA): Bond Value of ₹1.5 Lakhs for a period of 2 years 
  • Grade/Scale I & II Officers: Bond Value of ₹3.0 Lakhs for a period of 2 years 
  • If the candidate quits, resigns, or leaves the job before completing the mentioned duration, he/she must compensate the Bank for the bond amount, including any related costs and expenses borne by the Bank.

Identity Confirmation

  • At the exam center and during the interview, candidates must present their call letter along with both the original and a photocopy of a valid photo ID for verification by the invigilator. 
  • Accepted photo ID documents include: PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving License, Voter ID, Bank Passbook with photo, Photo ID issued by a Gazetted Officer or Public Representative on official letterhead with photo, valid recent College/University ID card, Aadhaar/E-Aadhaar with photo, Employee ID, or Bar Council ID with photo. 

  • Note: Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid ID proof. 
  • Candidates should ensure the name on their call letter exactly matches the name on their ID proof. 
  • Women who have changed their name after marriage should pay close attention to this. If the name differs, candidates must show the original Gazette notification, marriage certificate, or original affidavit to be permitted.

Examination Centers

  • The online examination for all posts will be held at centers located in: Haldwani (Nainital, Uttarakhand), Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Roorkee (Uttarakhand), Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh), Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Jaipur (Rajasthan), Delhi/NCR, and Ambala (Haryana). 
  • Applicants must select any three exam centers as per their preference and convenience. 
  • Requests for changes in exam center, venue, date, or session will not be accepted. 
  • The Bank holds the authority to remove or add any exam center as it deems necessary. 
  • Once a center is selected by the candidate, it cannot be modified.

Multiple Applications

  • A candidate is allowed to apply for the post of Customer Service Associate (CSA) and can also apply for one Officer post. 
  • However, only one application is permitted for an officer-level post, either for Officer Scale-I (PO/SO) or Officer Scale-II (PO/SO). 
  • Candidates must submit separate applications and pay the required application fee/intimation charges for each post they wish to apply for. 
  • If multiple applications are submitted for the same post, only the most recent valid (complete) application will be considered. 
  • Fees paid for other duplicate applications will not be refunded.

Instructions for Candidates with Disabilities

  • Candidates who are visually impaired or have a permanent condition that affects their writing speed may use their own scribe at their own expense during the online exam. 
  • It is the candidate's responsibility to arrange a scribe, and the scribe must not be appearing for the same examination. 
  • Candidates using a scribe will be allowed extra time—20 minutes for every hour of the exam or as otherwise specified. 
  • Similarly, candidates with locomotor disability or cerebral palsy affecting their dominant hand (with at least 40% disability) will also be given compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour or as advised. 
  • Visually impaired candidates (with 40% or more disability) may choose to view the test in large font and will also be granted 20 minutes of additional time per hour or as directed.

Key Points

  • Candidates may be posted or later transferred to any current or upcoming branches/offices of the Bank based on operational needs. 
  • For positions requiring experience, the certificate provided must clearly mention relevant experience in the banking or financial sector. 
  • The Bank has the authority to cancel the recruitment process, either in part or completely, at any time. 
  • It also reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason, and no communication regarding this will be entertained. 
  • Application fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances and will not be adjusted for any future recruitment or exam. 
  • The Bank's decisions regarding the recruitment process will be final and binding on all applicants. 
  • Candidates arriving after the reporting time mentioned in the call letter will not be allowed to take the exam.

  • Before applying, ensure you have scanned images of your photo (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the given format. 

Handwritten declaration text: 

  • "I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required." 
  • Make sure to fill in and review all application details carefully, as no changes will be allowed after clicking "COMPLETE REGISTRATION." 
  • Once done, click on the 'Payment' tab to proceed. 
  • Payments can be made via Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Wallets. 
  • After successful payment, an e-Receipt will be generated.
