Required Conditions for Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Government University or Institution is required. 

• Preference will be given to candidates with MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing, or those holding certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, or CFA. 

• Only Indian nationals can apply. 

• Applicants with negative background reports related to character, integrity, or moral conduct are not eligible. 

• Providing incorrect information or hiding facts will lead to disqualification. 

• Experience in teaching or training roles will not be considered towards eligibility.

Age Criteria (as of 01-05-2025)

• VP Wealth (SRM): Age should be between 26 and 42 years 

• AVP Wealth (RM): Age must be between 23 and 35 years 

• Customer Relationship Executive: Age range is 20 to 35 years 

• Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories.

Pay / Monthly Remuneration

• VP Wealth (SRM): Highest CTC is ₹44.70 Lakhs annually (includes ₹30 Lakhs fixed pay + ₹1.16 Lakhs in allowances + 45% PLP on fixed pay + increment ranging from 0–25%).

• AVP Wealth (RM): Maximum CTC is ₹30.20 Lakhs per year (₹20 Lakhs fixed + ₹1.16 Lakhs allowances + 45% PLP on fixed pay + 0–25% increment).

• Customer Relationship Executive: Top CTC is ₹6.20 Lakhs annually (₹4 Lakhs fixed + ₹0.77 Lakhs allowances + 35% PLP on fixed + increment of 0–25%).

• Tenure of Contract: 5 years, extendable by another 4 years.
