This exam is only to filter candidates. Your score here won't be added to your final result.

·         For Development Assistant:

o    English: 40 Questions (20 mins)

o    Math: 30 Questions (20 mins)

o    Logic/Reasoning: 30 Questions (20 mins)

o    Total: 100 Questions | 1 hour.

·         For Development Assistant (Hindi):

o    Same as above, but instead of Math, you have Hindi/English Professional Knowledge.

·         Selection: For every 1 open job, the top 25 people move to the next step.

 

Step 2: The Main Exam (Online)

Your score here determines if you get the job.

·         Subjects: Logic, Math, Computer Knowledge, and General Knowledge (about Farming, Banking, and Rural life).

·         Writing Test: You must also type an Essay or Letter on the computer (50 marks).

·         Total: 200 Marks | 2 hours and 15 minutes.

 

Step 3: Language Test (LPT)

·         You must be able to read and write the local language of the state you applied for.

·         Skip this test if: You passed 10th or 12th grade with that local language as a subject (you must show proof).

·         If you fail this test: You will not get the job, even if you passed the Main exam.

 

Important Rules to Remember

·         Wrong Answers: If you guess and get it wrong, 0.25 marks will be taken away.

·         Final List: The winners are chosen based only on the Main Exam scores.

·         If scores are tied: The person with a higher degree, better college marks, or who is older will be picked first.

·         Wait List: A backup list of candidates is kept for one year in case someone doesn't join.

·         Language: The exams are in both English and Hindi.

·         Fingerprints: Your fingerprints/identity will be checked at every step.
