You can send your application starting January 17, 2026, until the deadline on February 3, 2026. NABARD is looking for 162 people to work as Development Assistants
(including Hindi specialists). You can apply online at www.nabard.org from January 17 to February 3, 2026. To apply, you must be between 21 and 35 years old as of January 1, 2026.

What Education
You Need
For
Development Assistant: ·
You must have a college degree (Bachelor’s) in any subject. ·
You need at least 50% total marks. (If you are SC, ST, PWBD, or an
Ex-Serviceman, you only need to have passed the degree). For
Development Assistant (Hindi): ·
You must have a college degree with at least 50% marks (just a pass
for reserved categories). ·
Your degree must be in English or Hindi
medium, and you must have studied both English and Hindi as subjects. · OR: You can have a degree where English and Hindi were your main subjects. Required Skills

Computer Skills: You must know how to use Microsoft Word or similar

Subjects: Logic, Math, Computer Knowledge, and
General Knowledge (about Farming, Banking, and Rural life). ·
Writing Test: You must also type an Essay or Letter
on the computer (50 marks). · Total: 200 Marks | 2 hours and 15 minutes. Step 3: Language Test (LPT)

You must be able to read and write the local
language of the state you applied for. ·
Skip this test if: You passed 10th or 12th grade
